On Demand aquires the assets of Astute Software Ltd
On Demand (now trading as Ivici) have acquired the assets of Astute Software Ltd. Astute Software Ltd was founded in 1998 and launched their Financials and Supply Chain systems in 2002. On Demand’s acquisition included :-
All product intellectual property (both financials and supply chain product suites)
Astute’s support and maintenance commitments going forward
The transfer of key product and support staff from Astute to Ivici
